Dirk Van Dyck has become one of the most important pigeon breeders in the world thanks to his numerous achievements with pigeons like the "Rambo", "Bourges", "Kleine Gerd" and "Kannibaal".
These exceptional pigeons flew in the 90's, winning the 1st National AS-Dove Medio Fondo, 2nd National Bourges and a 1st Prize at the Union Antwerp against a high number of pigeons.
In 1973, this Belgian fancier started with some short distance pigeons from his uncle, Jos Dillen, who also became Dirk van Dyck's teacher. It was the pigeon "Kannibaal" B95 / 6246005, which provided the undisputed turning point in his career in the pigeon racing world. In fact, the descendants of "Kannibaal" have been spread far and wide over the last 20 years and have produced extraordinary success everywhere.
