Jan Van Oeckel brings his pigeons to Winkie Pigeons by Jo Herbots

As every Monday, we continue to announce exclusive auctions thanks to the collaboration between Jo Herbots and Winkie Pigeons. This time, it is the turn of the well-known fancier Jan Van Oeckel, whose loft is located in Oud-Turnhout (Antwerp, Belgium).

This pigeon fancier is an expert in middle distance and high speed, where he has achieved great results, becoming the 2nd Overall Middle Distance Champion in 2019 of the Mechelen Region Organisation and HAFO of Turnhout. In this competition he also managed to qualify as the 3rd Medium Distance Yearlings Champion 2019 and took the 1st Medium Distance Young Pigeons Ace 2019 at HAFO Turnhout.

One of the most important achievements came in 2011 with his pigeon, The Raket, which qualified 1st in the Bourges National, timed at 13h06'08" from a distance of 506.244 km.
